Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
About the position
Team Work Spirit is looking for Sales Managers!
Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, SDR/BDR, or full-cycle sales within IT services, software development, DevOps, SaaS, or related technical fields.
Understanding of IT outsourcing, outstaffing, dedicated teams, team extension, and software development delivery models.
Ability to research target accounts, identify decision-makers and business triggers, personalize outreach, and work with account-based sales approaches.
Experience with opportunity qualification, discovery calls, proposal preparation, negotiations, objection handling, and moving deals toward contract signing.
Strong written and spoken English(B2/C1) with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally throughout the entire sales cycle
Hands-on experience with email outreach, LinkedIn, CRM systems, sales automation, and prospecting tools
Experience with Clay, Loom, sales qualification frameworks, or client acquisition through Upwork/Fiverr, and other freelance or B2B marketplaces will be considered an advantage.
A consultative and service-oriented sales mindset, strong pipeline ownership, consistent follow-up, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with technical and delivery teams.
Responsibilities
Identify companies and decision-makers whose needs, context, and goals align with Team Work Spirit’s services and expertise.
Research target accounts to understand their business challenges, priorities, technical environment, and potential areas for cooperation.
Build personalized outbound communication based on relevance, timing, and genuine business value for each prospect.
Define and refine priority market segments and ideal customer profiles together with the team.
Adapt messaging and outreach based on account context, business triggers, and the specific needs of each potential client.
Qualify opportunities by understanding the client’s goals, challenges, budget, timeline, decision-making process, and expectations from a technology partner.
Organize and conduct discovery calls focused on listening, clarifying needs, and identifying practical ways Team Work Spirit can support the client.
Work closely with technical leads and the delivery team to prepare realistic estimates, relevant service options, and clear commercial proposals.
Maintain consistent and transparent communication throughout the sales process, including follow-ups, objections, next steps, and CRM updates.
Guide relevant opportunities through proposal, negotiation, and contract stages while keeping expectations clear for both sides.
Identify opportunities for the company’s engineering services and available technical capacity where there is a genuine fit.
Contribute to improving the sales process, messaging, segmentation, and client experience based on market feedback and results.
